Description

Finger Panic is a free arcade game from BSC Games! The game is quite simple to understand. The playground consists of a 5 by 5 grid. Somewhere on this game grid is a crackerjack! The object of the game is to find the crackerjack before you run out of time. You do this by scanning each piece of the game grid using the arrow keys. When you reach a border of the game grid you'll hear a thumb!-sound, informing you you can't continue in the direction you were moving to.
After you find the one crackerjack, another one is immediately plopped on the game grid in a random spot, waiting to be found. Unfortunately, you wander around pretty aimlessly since there is no audio cue whatsoever to tell you if you're close or not to a crackerjack.
This is basically the gameplay. Every 10 crackerjacks you gather, you will hear a bell ding. This is letting you know that now you have less time to locate the crackerjack so hurry! How far can you get?

Though Bsc closed forever in March of 2013, Daniel Zingaro has agreed their titles can be made abandonware, and now all are available at the above link on the Audiogames archive. Also be sure to check the page for some tips on running the games on more modern versions of Windows.

With the issues so many people have encountered playing BSC games on modern windows, Daniel Nash created the very handy Bscfix program to help. This works extremely well and now means most of Bsc's titles can be played again. You can find the pack on the audiogames archive or directly with this download
